Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within five business days.

Made-to-order pieces have an estimated production time, which is clearly stated in each product listing.

Custom-made pieces require a production time based on the complexity of the project. A detailed production timeline will be provided and agreed upon before manufacturing begins.

We take great care in crafting every piece and appreciate your patience while we create something truly unique for you.

Shipping All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the courier’s service in your area. Please note that customs procedures and local postal delays are beyond our control.

Handmade Characteristics Our products are made from genuine leather and handcrafted individually. As a result, slight variations in leather tone, grain, texture, and natural markings are part of the material’s unique character and should not be considered defects. These natural variations make each piece one of a kind.

Returns and Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so that we can review your claim promptly.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note that custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival, as they are created specifically to your requirements.
