Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces usually require 5–10 business days of production before shipping. For custom orders, we will confirm the exact production timeline with you during the design review - before any work begins.

We ship across Greece and European destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know if we can arrange delivery.

Custom and personalised pieces are made specifically for you, so they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or significantly different from the agreed design.

Keep leather away from prolonged moisture, direct heat, and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and use a suitable leather conditioner only when needed.
