Shipping & Returns

Each piece is handcrafted in our Patras workshop. Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require production time before shipping, usually 5-10 business days depending on complexity.

We ship orders with tracked courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Delivery times depend on destination and courier availability.

Because our products are handmade, small variations in leather tone, grain, and markings are part of the material character and are not considered faults.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will review the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, because they are made specifically for you.
